AccessPay is proud to announce that we have placed at 32nd place on the 2026 Great Place to Work list of UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™.
The list recognises companies ensuring a fair balance of women and men across the organisation, removing barriers to women’s career progression, and building workplaces where everyone can succeed regardless of gender.
Great Place To Work compiled it by analysing anonymous feedback from women across the business, covering their day-to-day experience of the company’s values, leadership, and opportunities for progression — then benchmarking that against how the culture is designed to feel on paper.
Women currently make up 47% of AccessPay’s leadership population.
