Marketing Operations Manager

Overview:

 The Marketing Operations role at AccessPay is a newly created role that supports a revenue and data-centric marketing team. The role will own and execute marketing operations-related tasks and is a key hire to help drive our business growth.

Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, AccessPay is looking for a hands-on Marketing Operations Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations, with specific experience in HubSpot and Salesforce platforms. They should be a self-starter, team player and diligent executor with a high attention to detail. They’ll consistently deliver a high standard of work in a fast-paced environment, driving new initiatives and supporting the execution of marketing campaigns.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Tech integration & management: be responsible for implementing and managing the company’s MarTech stack 
  • Optimisation: work alongside data, marketing, sales and customer success to map out and optimise marketing systems and processes
  • HubSpot: take ownership of marketing automation on HubSpot; planning the delivery and execution of marketing automation activities including the creation and optimisation of workflows, lists, custom fields, campaign tracking and emails to support sales and marketing initiatives; working in partnership with data, identify and troubleshoot any lead flow issues 
  • Data & lead management: working alongside data, introduce and implement effective data cleanse, enrichment and segmentation projects; ensuring that the business complies with GDPR  
  • Campaign execution: work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager to support the marketing team on campaign execution across all marketing initiatives including lead, demand gen and ABM
  • Process: support the marketing team with technical elements of campaign set up where required and ensure all results are tracked and monitored
  • Lead attribution: identify and build lead attribution models to support marketing efficacy
  • Analytics: manage analytics, reporting and team dashboard to measure marketing effectiveness and pipeline/funnel health, ensuring alignment across the revenue function including the data team and promoting a data-driven culture 
  • Champion scalability: Create a robust MOps foundation and identify repeatable processes and efficiencies to help the team move quickly and drive growth

Required Experience:

  •  Marketing operations experience in a B2B SaaS environment 
  • Strong technical understanding and experience with HubSpot
  •  Experience managing a Salesforce & Hubspot integration is preferred
  •  A self-starter looking to carve out their own function and build a strong and scalable marketing ops foundations
