For the second consecutive year, AccessPay has been recognised in the prestigious Best Workplaces in Tech™ list from Great Place to Work.
It features in the small and medium listing of technology companies, with over 95% of employees anonymously reporting that AccessPay is a great place to work compared to 54% at a typical UK company.
AccessPay’s inclusion follows its certification in July 2023 as a Great Place to Work®, its inaugural placement on the 2023 Best Workplace in Tech™ list and the receipt of numerous accolades in 2024, including being ranked 44th in Best Places for Wellbeing™ 2024 (Medium) award.
To be considered for Best Workplaces™ list, companies must be certified with Great Place to Work and meet its minimum Trust-Index™ threshold of 65%. Eligible applicants undertake the Best Workplaces™ 60-question employee survey, which is considered to be one the largest surveys of workplace practices cultures and people practices globally.
85% of the evaluation is based on the result of the survey, while the remaining 15% is based on an assessment of company values, leader effectiveness and employees’ daily experiences of innovation.
AccessPay’s results highlighted that 98% of employees agreed they were made to feel welcome when joining the company and 98% felt they were treated fairly regardless of their sex.
