Plot twist: our team went absolutely global this year, working remotely from 22 countries across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond!
From Malaysia to the USA, we’ve been breaking geographical barriers while becoming the global payment leaders we always knew we could be.
And this is just the beginning—2025, our team are ready to explore some more.
Embracing employees to work remotely overseas allows us to attract top talent but also to foster a culture of flexibility, whilst maintaining and promoting a healthy work-life balance for our employees.

The stats are in: 35 new trailblazers joined the AccessPay team this year! And diversity continues to be our strength: our leadership team boasts a nearly perfect balance with 60% men and 40% women, smashing those industry averages.
Community champions
Our incredible team clocked an epic 1,652,392 steps this year for our charity step challenge (that’s like walking from Manchester to Barcelona!), raising an impressive £2,324 for 7 amazing causes.
But we didn’t stop there – our team logged a whopping 51 days of volunteer hours, proving that when it comes to giving back, AccessPay goes all in.
