The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and developing new product features within payments and cash management. This role will require a significant level of managing internal stakeholders while adding value for clients. Reporting directly into the Head of Product, you’ll be expected to work efficiently together to make a real impact in our ambitious roadmap. It’s crucial that you’ve got the drive to work both autonomously and with the team to really drive the success of the role, the product and the business strategy.

Uppgifter och ansvarsområden:

  •         Incorporating data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps
  •         Owning the Product Backlog; prioritising and communicating with stakeholders
  •         Working with Architects, Engineers and Business Analysts to refine Jira backlog tickets
  •         Outlining what success looks like for the Agile team and how it will be achieved
  •         Developing and driving go-to-market strategy and associated tactical execution in conjunction with cross-functional teams
  •         Understanding our strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry
  •         Developing a clear understanding of our target audiences & personas, how a product fits in each market sector vs competitor, and keeping up to date with industry trends
  •         Supporting the Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring product catalogues and documentation are kept up to date 
  •         Being the ‘Go To’ authority for your product area
  •         Always Improving – ensuring adherence to and constant improvement of Product Management and agile frameworks, processes and techniques

Erfarenhet krävs:

  •         Commercial astuteness
  •         Experience working cross functionally
  •         Deeply customer/market oriented rather than solely working with internal customers.
  •         Strong Agile Scrum experience
  •         Creating business requirements documents, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
  •         Experience in a high growth SAAS business
