Internal IT Support Analyst


We are looking for a collaborative and enthusiastic Individual to join the team and work with key stakeholders across the business. You will have an understanding of technology as a whole and be able to provide support to the wider business with day to day technical issues and wider projects.
The staff member will be responsible for providing onsite technical support to AccessPay staff members along with maintaining and supporting the existing on site Infrastructure on a day to day basis.
Experience working with and using software such as Active Directory (AD) and Office 365 would be beneficial but Is not required. The Ideal candidate will be able to work with all Internal stakeholders and AccessPay Staff members to support and maintain Internal systems and hardware.
An ability to handle multiple workstreams will be required to ensure day to day operational duties do not substantially Impact long term objectives & projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Working collaboratively within a team to ensure the day to day business Issues are resolved In a timely manner.
  • Assist with the building, imaging, configuration, maintenance and repair of computers onsite in the office and remotely.
  • Work on resolving the 1st Line support tickets.
  • Troubleshoot a variety of hardware, software and networking Issues.
  • Support users with set-up of new or replacement workstations and mobile/VOIP Phones.
  • User and system administration duties for all internal applications.
  • Monitoring the performance of the IT Infrastructure and security of IT systems to identify, resolve and escalate potential issues.
  • Assisting in the design, configuration, testing and management of secure IT Infrastructure processes and tools.
  • Manage and maintain appropriate stock levels of computers, chargers and accessories and identify stock shortages that require replenishment. Assist in the onboarding process of new starters, ensuring that all PCs, laptops, software, peripherals and accounts are working on the first day.
  • Help maintain accurate IT checklists and other documentation.
  • Assist with the upkeep of the IT asset inventory, ensuring all moves, additions or deletions of equipment are recorded appropriately.

Required Experience:

  • Experience working with and administering Active Directory (AD) and Office 365.
  • Hold an interest in Computing, networking and changes in the IT industry.
  • Knowledge of Windows 7, 8, 10 and 11.
  • Willingness to learn and take in new knowledge.
  • Ability to proactively manage tasks and prioritise own workload.
  • Experience in networking and network administration.
  • Experience providing support/customer services.
  • Great communication and teamworking skills.
