HR Manager

Overview:

The HR Manager will report into the HR Director and will contribute to the full candidate and employee lifecycle; helping to attract, develop and retain employees. This is a great opportunity for a HR generalist who is passionate about delivering a fantastic employee experience to join an equally passionate team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • You will take ownership for the execution of our talent acquisition plan liaising with all stakeholders and provide an excellent candidate experience. 
  • Contribution to and promotion of AccessPay’s EVP.
  • In conjunction with the team support the onboarding process to ensure that every new joiner receives an exceptional experience.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for employee relations covering the full employee lifecycle, providing professional advice and support.
  • Contribute to the delivery of an employee experience and engagement plan which drives increased employee satisfaction and reduces attrition.
  • Support the HR Director with talent development initiatives including PDPs, career paths, L&D opportunities.
  • Manage monthly payroll activities in partnership with the finance team and our third-party payroll provider
  • Work closely with the HR team on the provision and adoption of both financial and non-financial benefits.
  • Be an advocate and champion strong internal communications and work with the HR team to ensure consistent and clear communications are delivered across different channels.
  • Support the delivery of other HR Projects.

Required Experience:

  • This role would best suit a HR Generalist who is passionate about both recruitment and HR as the role will include both.
  • Ideally CIPD level 5 qualified or significant experience
  • Experience of reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Working knowledge and application of current UK employment law.
  • Excel in building and developing relationships across all levels within the business.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a strong eye for detail.
  • You will have the ability to think strategically and problem solve.
  • Experience working in a scale up environment within the technology sector would be desirable.
